Hydraulic cargo elevators are commonly used in second or third floor factories, with a maximum capacity of up to five floors for use from the factory or warehouse. They can reach a height of 26 meters and have a load-bearing capacity ranging from 500kg to 10 tons. For motors with a power of 2.2kw or less, a 220 or 380v power supply can be selected. For motors with a power of 3kw or more, a 380v power supply is recommended for stable power supply and better power. The main body of the freight elevator includes tracks, loading platforms, electrical control systems, hydraulic systems, and chain assisted stability. When you ask customer service for a quote, you need to inform us of the floor height (floor height rather than elevation), provide the size of the shaft or floor opening, and the weight of the goods to be shipped together. With these parameters, we can provide you with the most accurate quote possible. Of course, the cargo elevator can also be equipped with car, electric door, peripheral protective net and other configurations, which are not included in the basic equipment price budget. It is necessary to communicate with customer service in advance to provide accurate solutions.

1. Provide the height of each floor (floor height rather than elevation), with the top floor height being ≥ 1.8m.
2. Provide the size of the well or floor opening, and clarify the direction of incoming and outgoing goods (such as one-way, through, corner).
3. The weight of a single shipment of goods.
4. Building structure (brick concrete, steel structure)
5. Installation environment (indoor/outdoor), conventional configuration still requires explosion-proof configuration.
6. Installation method, flat installation or sunken installation (the foundation size needs to be provided for sunken installation).
In addition to the basic technical parameters mentioned above, in order to meet the different usage needs of customers, we also design and manufacture elevator cars (made of steel plates/stainless steel). The landing doors can be equipped with rolling gates, industrial doors, and stainless steel electric doors (all of which can achieve up and down interlocking). The outer perimeter of the freight elevator can be reinforced with protective nets to achieve safer use.
